Live Beyond 100 Years – Frequently Asked Questions

What is Live Beyond 100 Years and who is for ?

Live Beyond 100 Years is a longevity‑driven community built for people who want to feel stronger, move better, and add more healthy years to their life. We’re not just a fitness class — we blend smart movement, clean nutrition, mindset coaching, and real human connection to help you build a body and lifestyle that lasts. Every session is welcoming, adaptable, and designed for all ages and fitness levels.

No. You don’t need any level of fitness to start. Every session is fully scalable, meaning you can work at your own pace while still getting an effective workout.

Wear comfortable clothing, supportive trainers, and bring a bottle of water. If the ground is damp, a towel or mat can help — but it’s optional. All equipment is provided.

We train outdoors year‑round and sessions continue in most weather conditions. If conditions become unsafe (lightning, ice, extreme winds), we’ll notify you of any changes. Otherwise, we embrace the elements — it’s part of the Live Beyond 100 Years  experience.

Live Beyond 100 Years takes a whole‑body, whole‑life approach. We focus on longevity, not quick fixes. Alongside physical training, we prioritise clean nutrition habits, mindset development, and building a supportive community. This combination creates sustainable results that go far beyond a typical fitness class.

There’s no pressure and no obligation — just a powerful week to discover how good you can feel when you start living the LB100Y way.

Yes. Our sessions combine strength training, cardio, and mobility — the ideal mix for improving body composition. Because we also support nutrition and mindset, members often see results that last, not temporary changes.

Absolutely. Every exercise has progressions and regressions, making the sessions safe and effective for beginners, older adults, and anyone returning to fitness.

Most members see noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and confidence with 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency is the key — show up, move well, and the results follow.

Yes — community is one of our core pillars at LB100Y. We believe real social connection is essential for long‑term health, motivation, and happiness. That’s why we don’t just train together — we live life together. From barbecues and nights out to big adventures like climbing Snowdon and relaxed Sunday walks in the Peak District, our members support each other, celebrate progress, and make every moment enjoyable. This is more than fitness — it’s a community that lifts you up and helps you live longer, stronger, and happier.

Yes. We run an indoor session at Nuneaton Boys Club at 6am. We don’t expect anyone to train outside at that time in the morning, so this early session is always held indoors.
